GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
INTRODUCTION
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on www.voodoojewels.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
The Seller is Voodoo Jewels srl, VAT No. 17856681006, based in Rome, Italy.
We may update these Conditions at any time. The version in force at the moment of your order will apply.
You are responsible for using the Site correctly and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or is used with permission.
ORDERS
Orders must be placed through the online form on the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
delivery outside the European Union
incomplete or unclear delivery details (e.g. hotels or P.O. boxes)
inability to contact the customer
suspected invalid or fraudulent orders
After placing an order, you will receive:
a confirmation email from us, or a text
a shipping notification from DHL once your order is dispatched

PRICES
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT
Shipping and packaging costs are included in the final price
No customs duties apply within the EU
For non-EU countries, customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
Prices may change over time, but your order will always be charged at the price shown at checkout.
PRODUCTS & WARRANTY
Our jewelry is handcrafted using bronze, brass or silver, and may include natural or synthetic stones. Each piece is unique and may show small variations.
Please note:
some metals may react with individual skin pH and cause slight discoloration
all products are nickel-free

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty.
The warranty applies only if:
you report the issue via email
the defect is not caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs
the issue is not due to normal wear and tear
Defective items will be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not provided under warranty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All payments must be made in euros (€).
Your payment information is used only to process your order and any applicable refunds.
OWNERSHIP
Products remain the property of the Seller until they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within 2-4 business  days if Ready to Ship, up to 4 weeks if Made to Order
Made-to-order items may require longer times (as specified in your order confirmation)
For bank transfers, processing starts once payment is received. Delivery times are estimates. If delays occur, we will notify you.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed:
we will inform you
your order will be canceled
you will receive a full refund

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
You have the right to return your “Ready to Ship” purchase within 14 working days of receiving it.
To request a return:
send a written communication (email or registered mail)
contact us to facilitate the process

Conditions for returns:
items must not be used or damaged
items must be returned in original packaging
the invoice must be included
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal or bank transfer after we receive and inspect the return.
If returned items are damaged or used, we may refuse the return or apply a deduction.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 days after return approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note :  Refunds only apply to items purchased “ Ready to ship”. “Made to order” items can be exchanged, or transformed into  store credit for different items. 

USE OF THE SITE
The Site is intended for personal use only.
All content (images, text, designs, logo) is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without permission. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked on our Site.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data.
Your data is used only to:

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your order.
You can access and update your personal data through your account.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be handled by the Court of Rome.
